Adrenalina offers a wide variety of activities, such as skydiving, bungee jumping, jet ski rides, helicopter tours and other adventure experiences that suit different levels of excitement.

Adrenaline guarantees the safety of its customers by partnering with certified providers who meet industry safety standards and often include insurance coverage with their activities. Adrenaline verifies the quality of its experiences by partnering with reputable suppliers and incorporating customer feedback into its selection process.


3. If I am a supplier, can I partner with Adrenaline?
If you are a supplier, you can partner with Adrenaline and potentially earn commissions; you should contact Adrenaline directly for partnership opportunities.


4.Is my personal information secure when paying for a service?
Yes, we guarantee the security of your personal and payment information. We use secure payment platforms and methods with advanced encryption to protect your data. We never share your information with third parties without your consent. If you have any questions, we are available to answer them.

Of course you can! We work with you to design customized experiences for groups, companies or special events such as birthdays, anniversaries or celebrations.

9Do I need previous experience to participate in the activities?
No, most of our activities are designed for beginners. For more advanced experiences, we always specify the prerequisites.

10What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit card payments, bank transfers and electronic methods such as PayPal. We also offer cash payment options at the time of boarding. Please note that if you choose to pay by card, an additional bank charge will be included.

11What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?
Safety is our priority, we have all the necessary equipment for our activities to take place. However, in case of bad weather, we will notify you in advance to reschedule or refund your experience as appropriate, following our cancellation policies.

12Is there a limit to the number of participants for the experiences?
No! You can book from 1 person, there is no limit to the number of participants, however there are experiences that require larger groups. You can check the specific details in the description of each experience.

13Do you offer experiences for children or families?
Yes, all our experiences are designed especially for families and children, making sure that everyone can enjoy a safe and fun activity.

14. What is included in the price of the experiences?
The price includes everything necessary to enjoy the experience: transportation, equipment, guides, meals. Specific details are indicated in the description of each experience.

15. What is the rate policy for children?
Children under 5 years old are free of charge. Children between 5 and 11 years old are entitled to a reduced rate, while from 12 years old onwards the full adult rate applies. For more details, please refer to the specific conditions of each experience.

16. How far in advance should I book my experience during high season?
We recommend that you make your reservation at least 24 to 48 hours in advance during high season to guarantee availability, as demand tends to be higher during those dates.

17. What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
We have a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule.

18. What happens if I am late for my experience?
If you arrive late for your experience, we will do our best to accommodate you, but this will depend on the activity and availability at the time. In some cases, you may be able to join the group if possible, but if you do not arrive within the time allowed, unfortunately we will not be able to guarantee your participation or offer refunds. We recommend that you arrive well in advance to avoid inconveniences.

19. Do you offer transportation to and from the experience location?
Yes, some of our experiences include transportation service from specific meeting points. Please check the experience description to verify if this service is available or if it can be added at an additional cost. If you have any doubts, contact us and we will be happy to help you coordinate it.
