While we strive to ensure timely pickups and transfers, occasional delays may occur. We recommend being ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. This tour is available only from Monday to Saturday and requires a minimum of 6 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, the tour will be rescheduled for another day. Our team will contact you to arrange a new date or offer alternative options in case this happens.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the experience's start time.

If you cancel less than 72 hours before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.

Once a change of date has been requested in your reservation, there will be no refund in case of cancellation.
