🧭 Arrival at Carlota Pier
Guests check in at the peaceful Carlota Pier, away from the busy cruise terminals. Life jackets are provided, and participants must wear light clothing and no shoes.

🧭 Boarding the Transparent Boat
Step aboard a fully transparent acrylic boat — not just a glass bottom, but fully see-through. Enjoy 360° panoramic views as the tour begins.

🧭 Scenic Navigation Over the Reef
Glide over Cozumel’s vibrant coral gardens and observe marine life, including tropical fish and sunken ships now serving as living reefs.

🧭 Snorkeling Stop
Midway through the journey, the boat anchors at a shallow, calm reef. Guests have the option to snorkel with provided gear under guide supervision.

🧭 Return to Carlota Pier
After snorkeling and sightseeing, guests return to the pier. The entire tour lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the experience's start time.
If you cancel less than 72 hours before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience's start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
Once a change of date has been requested in your reservation, there will be no refund in case of cancellation.
