Transportation Policy

Once your reservation is received, the Adrenalina team will contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm the time and place of pickup.

Your booking and pickup details (such as booking confirmation, pickup time, meeting point and schedule changes) may be sent to you by WhatsApp when you have authorized this channel; otherwise, we will send them through another available channel, such as email or phone.

In case you lose your reservation date, it is possible to board another day or another time, according to our availability, but no refund would apply.
