What you’ll do on the Intermediate Bali Canyoning at Yeh Muncrat (Pickup, Lunch & GoPro)
This intermediate canyoning tour in Bali takes you down the Yeh Muncrat canyon in North Bali for about 3 hours of slides, jumps and waterfall rappels, passing Campuhan Twin Falls. It suits travelers aged 12 and over with a moderate level of fitness who want more action than a beginner route without a long, technical day, and it includes hotel pickup, a Balinese lunch and GoPro photos.
What you'll do
- Get picked up at your accommodation in Bali and ride north to the canyon.
- Put on your helmet, wetsuit, non-slip shoes and gloves.
- Ride natural slides and take optional jumps of up to about 10 m into canyon pools.
- Rappel down waterfalls with a certified guide.
- Pass Campuhan Twin Falls along the route.
- Shower, then sit down to a Balinese lunch before the ride back.
Who it's for
Yeh Muncrat is our lightest intermediate route: plenty of slides and jumps, but fewer technical descents than our longer canyons. The current is stronger and the rappels are higher than on the beginner route, so you should have at least a moderate level of fitness and feel comfortable in the water. It is a good fit for active couples, groups of friends and families with children aged 12 and over. Guides speak English. The tour is not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries or poor cardiovascular health, or for pregnant travelers. If this is your first time canyoning, the Yeh Lampah beginner route is an easier start.
