Who it's for
This tour is for travelers who want a calm day in the water with wildlife, without ATVs or ziplines. Children from age 4 can join. You should have at least a moderate level of fitness for swimming and snorkeling. The tour is not recommended for pregnant travelers or people with poor cardiovascular health.

In Tulum we only use meeting points and do not pick up at hotels or Airbnbs: meet us at 8:45 AM at Súper Akí Tulum. You can park at Súper Akí or Chedraui. In Playa del Carmen, pickup is between 7:30 and 8:00 AM. From Cancun, pickup runs on Mondays and Fridays only. Our staff wear green shirts and caps, and our van is white or gray with no logo. Delays can happen because of traffic, weather or late guests.

Send us your accommodation first. Not every address can be reached by our vehicles. Send your hotel or Airbnb to one of our advisors on WhatsApp and they will confirm whether we pick you up at the door or agree a meeting point nearby.
Your pickup time is not the tour start time. They are very different. We collect you well before activities begin, because the drive and the other pickups on the route take time.
