Pickup in Playa del Carmen is between 7:30 and 8:00 AM at Coco Bongo, about 1 hour away. Pickup in Tulum is at 8:45 AM, about 15 minutes away, from one of our points: Súper Akí Tulum, Selecto Chedraui, OXXO Veleta, El Camello Jr., Mercadito MISTIQ, Copal Tulum Hotel or Kore Tulum Retreat. If you drive, you can park at Súper Akí or Chedraui. Our staff wear green shirts and caps, and the van is white or gray with no logo. Traffic, weather or late guests can cause delays; thank you for your patience.
